◘ A fitness evaluation and Exercise Prescription will be designed to meet your fitness level and travel accommodations.
◘ A weight management consultation will be provided to assist in designing a Diet Program which incorporates nutritional balance.
◘ Your wellness plan, exercise prescription, and diet program can integrate with company employer-sponsored health benefit offerings.
